About this event1 hour

This one hour sound healing will begin with a guided somatic experience that primes your system to fully absorb the benefits of sound healing. Next, we'll bathe in the healing vibrations of various instruments, including a new moon planetary gong, crystal bowls, unique water instruments, and more. Following the sound bath will be an optional integration circle for those who would like support with taking nervous system regulation from a one-time experience to a consistent, daily way of being.

What to Expect

Flow of events:

  • 6:45 - 7:00 Arrive early to set up your mat
  • 7:00 - 8:00 Sound Healing
  • 8:00 - 8:20 Integration Circle (optional)
  • Leave with a renewed sense of peace and resilience to carry into your week


What to Bring

  • Pillow
  • Blanket
  • Yoga Mat
  • Water Bottle

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters will be provided at this location, but you are welcome to bring anything else you feel will make you more comfortable (your own mat or blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.) Body temperature can fluctuate during the sound healing, so a blanket, warm socks and/or layers are great to have on hand.


About Sound Healing
